In situations of radical change and in special situations, I quickly gain a sound overview of numbers, structures and processes. Always with the goal in mind – what is important is to work pragmatically, flexibly and in a solution-oriented manner.
I am also able to communicate complex financial topics comprehensibly – in particular in the company fields, technology, production and sale – and to make the necessity thereof clear to the employees. Everyone involved thus always has the common goal in mind.
I bring with me entrepreneurial spirit and, based on my long-time experience, I have an eye for the complete picture in the company. I can thus also be open to new topics and approaches, for which in particular medium-sized companies oftentimes do not make plans.
